We are proud to offer private dental treatment at an affordable price. For your convenience, please contact us directly at either location in Romford or Stratford.
At UK Smiles dental practice, our team will be happy to answer any questions you have about the charges. We have state-of-the-art technology including intraoral cameras and digital radiography, saving you time and money. We make every effort to curb our dental costs, keeping our costs affordable for our patients.
Private treatment offer more time with your dentist, higher quality of laboratory work, greater selection of materials, greater range of treatment options and more flexible appointment times. Some private treatment may even be less expensive than NHS treatments.
We would be pleased to offer you a price estimate for your consideration prior to commencing treatment at our dental practice. We also have a capitation plan, a cash plan and accept private dental insurance to assist you with payment.

Payment is accepted by Debit, Credit Card or cash.
Payment is appreciated at the end of each visit for the care provided that day. If you are unsure whether there is a charge, please ask at our reception desk.
If you cannot attend a dental clinic appointment, we request that you cancel by phone giving at least 24 hours notice or as much as possible. This will allow another patient to utilise the time slot, reducing costs and wait times. We may have to charge a fee for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours.

Q. Who can benefit?
A. Just about anyone over the age of 18. You don’t have to belong to a private dental plan. You don’t even have to be a regular visitor at this practice.
Q. What can I use them for?
A. You can use the payment plans to pay for most dental work, but they’re particularly suited to more costly private treatments, such as dental implants, aesthetic or cosmetic work. If you’re not sure whether they’re right for your treatment, please ask your dentist.
Q. How much can I borrow?
A. Dependent upon facility you can borrow typically between £1000 and £25,000. This will be subject to an ‘on- site’ credit application. Most patients’ applications are approved there and then, so you can go ahead and schedule treatment immediately.
Q. How do I make the repayments?
A. Much like any other loan facilities, you repay them in affordable monthly payments over an agreed term. These payments are collected by Direct Debit.
Q. How much will I pay?
A. With our 0% facility you pay the cost of your dental treatment – no more and no less. Interest-free means just that! There are no hidden costs and no deposit is required!
Q. What are the repayment terms?
A. Interest free option is available for repayment terms of up to 11 months.
Q. How do I apply?
A. Once you’ve agreed on a course of treatment – and a cost – with your dentist, the dental practice will make the credit application on your behalf. As soon as this has been approved and then processed, you’ll receive written confirmation from the credit provider. Simple as that!
Q. What happens if my treatment costs more than planned for?
A. Firstly, we will tell you of this situation when it becomes imminent. Secondly, you can choose to have an additional facility to cover the additional costs.
Q. What happens if my treatment costs less than planned for?
A. This will be refunded either to you or to the lender who will then reduce the outstanding balance on your loan account.
Q. How often can I use the facility?
A. You can apply for a payment plan for each course of treatment, subject to the usual credit application.
